What is your return policy?

We understand that your products may not always work out for everyone’s adventures! We provide returns for US orders within 30 days of purchase.

  • To receive a full refund, your item must be sent back in its original packaging and condition (used items not in their original packaging will NOT be accepted).
  • For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct 20% per item to cover restocking costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed once products are received by us and we approve of the condition.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for SALE items or international orders.

What is your exchange policy?

If you prefer items in another color or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order on Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for a 20% restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Exchanges are not always guaranteed, as our products sell fast during busy seasons, and items in stock may be limited.

I ordered through Amazon. Will you take my return and/or exchange?

For all purchases made through the Amazon marketplace, you will need to contact Amazon for a return/exchange.

My package says it was delivered but I didn't receive it yet! What happened?

For shipment marked Delivered but cannot found by you, please make a Police Report for a lost/stolen item in your area and contact us immediately.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders over the United States including its territories. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. We’re closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday. All orders are handled and ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS unless specific.

We understand that sometimes packages get lost or delayed. If this happens to you, feel free to contact us so we can work together on a solution.

Where do you ship internationally?

We offer to ship worldwide

  • International shipping is only available for SELECT products.
  • Some products available in the U.S. may not be available to other countries.
  • Items should be received within 10-15 business days.
  • Please note that there are duties you will need to pay depending on your country. Unfortunately, we do not set these prices.
  • All International Orders are FINAL SALE and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

I received one of my products but haven't received the other yet.

Please note that multi-product purchases may ship in multiple packages as they are fulfilled by warehouses across the United States. You’ll definitely receive everything, it may just come in several boxes!

How do I contact your Customer Service team?

Traditionally, please email us at with your Order ID, your name, email, and as much information as possible and we will be able to assist with any questions you may have. You can also visit our contact us page to reach out. Our team replies to all inquiries within 24 hours!

I sent you an email but I didn't hear back within 24 hours. What gives?

Our team replies to all messages within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us, please be sure to check your spam folder or any filtered emails as sometimes our responses may end up there. We can assure you we’re always here to help and never ignore our customers!

Why isn't my coupon code working?

All coupon codes require a minimum purchase of $50 and are not combinable with other coupon code offers. Most of our coupon codes are only available for one-time use only per customer account.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for discount codes, refunds, or exchanges.

Can I opt into a promotion or sale that started after I made my purchase?

If you placed your order within 24 hours of the start/end of a promotional window, then contact us and we will gladly apply for the promotion. This is based on availability and not always guaranteed.

Do you offer retail or wholesale opportunities?
