To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

SHIPPING POLICY

We free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. It’s usually shipped on the next day. We’re closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday. All orders are handled and ship via USPS or UPS unless specific.We ship internationally using USPS International First Class service and USPS International Priority service which referred at Standard & Expedited shipping services. International Shipping Standard usually takes 2-3 weeks of transit time whereas Expedited take 7-10 days.

We send automatic emails alerting you that your package has been delivered based on the updates by the courier. Sometimes your package may be marked as “DELIVERED” prematurely. The following information can be useful to you if you received a delivery email but did not receive your order.

For items marked Available on backorder, it usually takes 1 or 2 weeks to get dispatched.
